Dear Clients!

I'd like to take a moment to share some exciting news with you. As you know, over the past few months, I’ve been deeply focused on my health and healing journey. I had some pretty dark days, but I’m so grateful to share that I’m finally feeling better and am ready to serve the community again in new and improved ways.

My first reintroduction to the scene will be an upcoming workshop that I’d love to invite you to: a Full Moon Gathering on Sunday, December 15th, from 5-8 PM at Human Aeon in Long Beach, CA.

This special evening will begin with a talk where I’ll share personal insights from my health journey and explore the powerful ways our bodies communicate with us. Next, we’ll move into a guided breathwork session led by Human Aeon’s resident Projector, Vanessa Hernandez. For those feeling adventurous, we’ll offer an optional cold plunge, along with access to two saunas (steam and infrared) and a jacuzzi (so bring a bathing suit & towel!).

We’ll close the night with a cleansing release ritual by the fire and a nourishing vegan Ethiopian dinner prepared by local legend: Teff Cafe. This combination of breathwork, cold plunging, and heat therapy has been one of my most supportive healing practices this year, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
